SkoolPing — how to permanently delete your account and personal data.
You can delete your SkoolPing account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what is retained, and how long it takes.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request from your registered email (or from any address, mentioning your registered phone number so we can verify):
We verify the request via the registered contact on file, then process the deletion. Total time: up to 7 business days.

A very small amount of data may be retained after deletion, only where the law requires or where the school's records demand it:
Parents can request deletion of their child's data using the same channels above. Please mention that the request is on behalf of a minor and include the child's name and class.
