Good to know
Is there really a 90-day free trial?
Yes — your school gets full access for 90 days. There's a 14-day grace period after that.
How is my school's price decided?
By your school's size (students and staff) and the plan you choose. Tell us those and we send a quote for your school — there is no one-size-fits-all package. Add students mid-year and you're billed only for the months remaining.
What does Professional add?
Finance 360 (fee counter, concessions, online payments with reconciliation, staff payroll, expenses and finance reports) and Smart Bus Attendance (the bus attendant's boarding and drop register, parent alerts and the bus-vs-class safety check). Switch plans any time.
Is there a setup fee?
A one-time onboarding fee can apply for setting up your classes, teachers and student list. It's frequently waived during launch campaigns, and it is always stated in your quote — nothing is added later.
